Filipina "Poison Ivy" Prisoner captured in Zamboanga

Anamae Livrando, popularly and locally known as “Poison Ivy” was captured at a Bus Terminal in Zamboanga last week.  She was allegedly on her way to Malaysia.

Anamae made the News because she was convicted of “poisoning’ her Wealthy Employers.  Her “Escape” from prison is controverted.  She alleges that she bribed the Guards (Wow that is clearly one of the easiest ways out of prison in The Philippines). But the Prison claims she climbed over the wall as they have some of her prison clothes at the Wall to prove it (That is convincing).

At any rate, she has been re-captured.  So, now she will probably have to pay more to escape or climb another Prison Wall (maybe the wall will be higher).

Look for her to be “on the street” again soon.

Jail and Prisons in The Philippines are similar to playing “Hide and Seek” with your friends, only the real escape sometimes cost you some money (not a lot of money to escape, but some).
